Do we use cookies?Almost none

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party resources.

Data is hosted on servers of our infrastructure provider located in the United States of America, which acts as a processor and handles it only on our behalf. If you use the site from another country, your data is transferred there with appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose data to competent authorities when required by law or by an official order.

How long do we keep it?Retention periods

Email messages, for as long as needed to handle your request or our relationship with you.

Contact form requests not confirmed, 24 hours; then they are deleted without being sent. Counters that limit repeated requests, up to 24 hours.

Records of failed portal sign-in attempts, 15 minutes. Portal sessions, 8 hours at most.

You may access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and you may withdraw your consent or limit how your data is used.

If the GDPR or LGPD applies to you, you may also request data portability and restriction of processing. If the CCPA applies to you, you may know what data we hold, request its deletion or correction, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
